Aesthetically pleasing house in a nice, calm area
The old Rectory is aesthetically pleasing with a lot of attention to detail. It gives you a quiet base in a busy city center. Very nice area with lots of bars, bakeries and shops. Perfect for a weekend away with partner or friends.

Geweldig
De gastvrijheid van de eigenaren wat een leuke en hartelijke mensen. De eigenaar heeft me zelfs vanwege het weer naar de Jaarbeurs gebracht wat ontzettend lief.

Het charmante karakter van het gebouw. De afstand naar het oude centrum. De verborgen pareltjes buiten de stad. De ontvangst was hartelijk. De buurt is heel rustig en veilig.

Perfect!
Stunning home, friendly and responsive owners, super clean. Stylish and comfortable and in a quiet part of town yet 10 minute walk to the centre. Was given some cool recommendations for a bar etc and loved the places we found that way. All in all an incredibly special place to stay. Can’t fault any of it.

Maaike was heel lief en heeft ons, ondanks dat we niet hadden verteld hoe laat we precies aankwamen, binnen 5 minuten de sleutels gegeven! Top service.

Ein schöner “pastoraler” Aufenthalt, stilvoll, friedlich, gemütlich
Total schöne Altbauwohnung, absolut ruhig. Fussläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Utrechts. Extrem gemütliches Bett, sehr sauber en prachtig ingericht. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurster.

One regret: I should have stayed longer
Staying in the old rectory is a unique experience: far more interesting than a chain hotel room. It’s close to the city center but apart from anything touristy. I felt I got a peek at Utrecht life. And my host Maaike is a delight.

Un alojamiento muy cómodo y bien ubicado
Nuestra estancia fue fantástica. Es un espacio agradable, bonito y cómodo. Todo muy limpio y las camas comodísimas. La zona es genial: muy cerca del centro pero tranquila, con un supermercado al lado.

Fijne plek
Een fijn bed, fijne douche. Goede ontvangst. We konden zelfs het stoomapparaat lenen om onze feestkleding te ontkreuken. Rustige straat.

Een aangenaam verblijf op een bijzonder mooie en rustige locatie. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. Schone kamer met fijne inloopdouche, aparte toilet op de gang, koffie en thee aanwezig.
